Do you offer salon services or appointments?
No — Hair Level Up is purely an editorial inspiration platform. Think of us as your magazine, mood board, and stylist’s reference library, all in one. Take what you love here to any salon you trust.
How long does it take to hear back?
Reader letters get a reply within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Editorial pitches take up to 5 working days because we read them carefully. Partnership inquiries take up to 7 days.
I want to write a guest post. What do I send?
Send your pitch to editorial@hairlevelup.com with three things: a one-paragraph story idea, two writing samples or portfolio links, and a short note on your professional credentials (licensed stylist, trichologist, beauty editor, etc.). We respond to every pitch.
Can I use your photos on my own site?
All our editorial photography is original and protected. Pinning to Pinterest is welcomed, social shares are appreciated — but for blog reposts, please email partners@hairlevelup.com first so we can grant proper licensing.
